The initial clean takes considerably longer and is a more water intensive process than subsequent cleanings. We absorb the higher cost of this initial cleaning if you sign up for a service plan, but this is not possible for a one time cleaning.

We dispose of dirty water through the sewage system which is processed through the waste treatment facility, and always adhere to city and county codes.

No, we have a self-contained system and clean them on site!

We accept all major credit cards or your PayPal account to pay for a service from Sunburst Bin Cleaning. PayPal is the secure payment gateway that we have chosen to process payments.  You can also pay in person via our mobile card readers as well as by personal and business checks.

In the event you forgot to put your trash bin out, if we can’t access your bin, we will be unable to clean it – in this instance we request you contact us as soon as possible in order for us to re-schedule your service, if not you may still be charged – this is due to the fact that our service professionals will have still traveled to your address, attempted to locate your bin and completed any associated administration work.

No, there is no need for you to be home as we clean the your bins on the same day it has been emptied by the garbage collector.

No. We carry our own water supply. Sunburst Bin Cleaning equipment is fully self-contained and is fitted with high pressure hoses, and we leave no trash or mess behind.
